It became the tipping point for our next big idea.
In 2010, we re-launched ECC as the next step in our entrepreneurial journey, building on our previous success and experiences. We recognized that small staffing and consulting firms may have the goods to deliver excellence, but they have difficulty growing due to constraints such as availability of working capital, time and expense management issues, billing problems and the like. These back-office and cash flow management problems stifled growth and limited business owners from building at the pace they could achieve. We understood these problems and the countless headaches from conversations with hundreds of business owners and clients. We knew there was an opportunity to help people achieve their dreams and alleviate some of the daily stress. An idea was born, and ECC Hiring Solutions was created to deliver a remedy.
