Christine Conwell

Christine Conwell has 15 years experience within the areas of Talent Acquisition, Professional Staffing, Human Capital Management, Business Development, Account Management and Public Relations. As an entrepreneur, she has helped create and grow various Dallas / Fort Worth companies, all with the primary goal of helping others be successful. 

Currently, Christine is the co-founder and Chief Executive Offer of ECC Hiring Solutions, LLC (ECC), a woman-owned business supplying employer of record, payroll funding and processing, and recruiting services to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. ECC assists recruiting and staffing firms, as well as independent recruiters, grow and expand their businesses through these offerings.

Previously, Christine and her husband co-founded Enterprise Controls Consulting, a national professional consulting and business hiring solutions firm headquartered in Dallas, TX. Christine's responsibilities for this start-up company included strategic and organizational planning, creating employee development training materials and external marketing collateral, overseeing internal hiring / firing and performance management, and employee training and development. During this time, she retained her hands-on recruiting and account management skills by providing client management and talent acquisition for a wide range of Fortune 500 clients, including industries such as Big 4 Public Accounting firms, Financial Lending, Professional Consulting, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Telecommunications, Energy & Gas, and Healthcare. 

Christine's recruiting and client management skills have allowed her to successfully place candidates and consultants on a national scale, as well as internationally in Europe, Asia and Mexico. By utilizing her hiring solutions experience, she assists her clients with direct employment, project staffing, and executive recruiting, as well as management and training of in-house recruiters. Her skills reflect the experience and expertise of a large-scale recruiting firm, yet she maintains her commitment to provide individual attention to her clients' specific needs. 

Christine obtained a Bachelors of Science from the University of North Texas and is a member of the Women's Business Council - Southwest (WBCS), Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), DallasBlue Business Network, ERE, and is a volunteer leader and mentor in the local community. She has also been highlighted in the Dallas Business Journal and has spoken at the UNT Murphy Enterprise Center on "Networking:  Building Sustainable Relationships."

Steve Conwell

Steve Conwell has more than 17 years experience in strategy and operations, sales and marketing, branding and awareness, and finance and accounting. His energetic, visionary leadership and creative solutions to entrepreneurial challenges are cornerstones throughout his career. His diverse background and experiences allow him to dynamically integrate companies with their strategic customers and partners, and his mission is "helping others be successful," which has been a pivotal philosophy throughout his life.

Currently, Steve is the co-founder and managing principal of ECC Hiring Solutions (ECC), an employer of record, payroll funding and processing, and recruiting services firm with a footprint in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. ECC's vision is simple – the firm helps recruiting and staffing firms, as well as independent recruiters, grow and expand their businesses. Steve is responsible for strategic innovation, business process design and optimization, revenue generation and sales growth, and accounting and finance. He is also a mentor and coach to his friends and colleagues, helping them grow both personally and professionally. 

Prior to founding ECC, Steve was an Executive with Crowe Horwath LLP, a top 10 public accounting and risk consulting firm. Steve and his partners divested Enterprise Controls Consulting's professional services practice to Crowe. At Crowe, Steve was charged with branding and building Crowe's presence in Texas and the Southwest area, spending 18 months helping to grow the start-up office.

In 2002, Steve co-founded Enterprise Controls Consulting with his wife, growing the company into a national enterprise solutions and business hiring firm headquartered in Dallas, TX. Steve had overall profit and loss responsibility for the company, directing the operations, human resources, IT, sales and marketing, business hiring and enterprise solutions practices.

Steve, who has Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Accounting/Audit, worked with Ernst & Young, LLP for more than ten years in public accounting, enterprise risk management, business process review/design, internal audit services and management consulting. He has worked for a $1 billion technical management consulting firm as the Director of Operations/Chief Operating Officer for the Dallas branch (150 professionals), then as the Global Director of Business Operations (servicing 72 offices worldwide). He was also Global Director of Quality for a $45 million ERP consulting practice that serviced approximately 75 projects worldwide.

Steve is a Board of Governor's member and past president of the Fort Worth Institute of Internal Auditors. He is currently the Chairman of the American Lung Association's Dallas Leadership Advisory Council, and also serves as a Group Leader for his church's middle and high school outreach program. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a mentor and volunteer in his local community.

Gabriel Torres

Gabriel Torres has over 20 years of domestic and international sales, marketing and business development experience in turnaround and high-growth environments. He is also highly experienced in identifying and capturing opportunities for increased revenues, profitability and growth. Currently, Gabriel is a Managing Principal for ECC Hiring Solutions, LLC, a company supplying employer of record, payroll funding and processing, and recruiting services to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. 

Gabriel has also collaborated as Senior Business Development VP/Consultant with Mozido, LLC, a pioneer in mobile money transfer, mobile payments and mobile financial services working with mobile network operators and financial institutions worldwide. He has developed strong expertise in building complex mobile financial services, mobile remittances (international money transfer) and mobile payments ecosystems to reach unbanked and underbanked consumers in developing and underdeveloped economies.

As Managing Director for the NextGen Marketing Group, an innovative national marketing and business development consulting organization, aggregating the expertise and skills of more than 40 highly experienced executives from multiple industries and functions, Gabriel helped bring their clients a one-stop solution approach to their marketing and business development challenges.

Prior to his latest projects, as part of Gabriel's Telecommunications/Wireless industry experience, he was VP of Wireless Retail Operations at RadioShack, VP/GM for the Southwest Region for Helio Wireless MVNO, West Region VP for Sprint Nextel, and General Manager for Sprint in the Caribbean. Gabriel spent 10 years with Microsoft in several senior positions in Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Gabriel holds an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He also completed an executive education program at the INALDE Management and Business School of Universidad de la Sabana in Colombia. Gabriel is fluent in English, Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.
