ECC's Recruiting Support has one focus in mind – we recruit for recruiting/staffing firms and independent recruiters. When you have more openings than you can take on or simply have a tough job order to fill, we are here to extend a hand. We offer top-notch candidates for permanent, contract and contract-to-hire openings, all on a split-fee basis. Depending on the level of support you need, we can simply source the candidate, pre-screen them, or work the candidate throughout the entire process to save you time.

- Direct Placement – A contingency-based service providing our customers with targeted candidates that fit the client's defined success profile. We collect a fee only when a placement is made, and when the client pays you (with a maximum of 30 days). Although it doesn’t happen often, we understand fall offs are a part of recruiting, so we offer a guarantee to ensure the match is a good one.
- Contract / Temporary – When deadlines are pressing and resources are tight, we deliver professional consultants with the specialized expertise needed to "hit the ground running," operating as valued members of your client's project team.
- Contract-to-Hire – This growing trend allows your clients to "try before they buy" to diminish the cost of turnover. This service model gives them the opportunity to meet their immediate project needs, while assessing a candidate's skills, experience, and personality for a predefined amount of time prior to bringing on full time.
Here is how we save you time and money:
We sift through hundreds of resumes, work our networks, search extensive databases, tap into organizations, and the like, to locate candidates we believe may be a match. We then either source the candidate resume and pass it along to you, or we run a simple pre-screen consisting of skills, availability, and current / desired compensation, then provide you with their information to follow up. If you are too busy to work the candidate, we can handle the entire recruiting process, and our experienced recruiters will interview the candidate at length by assuring their skills, education, objectives and personality will be the right fit. Our motto is "suitability vs. eligibility." References are thoroughly checked, covering areas such as skills, personality, work habits, best qualities, and areas for improvement. These checks are done with previous superiors and co-workers.
ECC also performs background checks, which includes Social Security validations and felony / misdemeanor criminal history reports, and all candidates are screened through the national CrimeLink database to decrease hiring risks. ECC can confirm college degrees and professional licenses as well.
We arrange interviews, negotiate salaries and rates, ask job-specific questions as desired by your clients, provide detailed interview feedback, extend offers, cover counteroffers, and follow up after the placement.
